2009 March 11
mcclure recently asked me to sing on one of his new songs. the song is about 2 semi-crazy guys – guess he wrote it about the two of us.

Real nice. Nice lyrical imagery and sweet tones in general. Thanks for sending me in this direction, Steve.
Hey Phil… So you’ve left my first comment. Thanks for taking the time to check this out – and listen to McClure’s song. I really just thought you might like the essay on recording in Oklahoma. Did you get to that?
Great stuff…sounds more countrified than the McClure of recent. I like most all of his music, but this is plain excellent. And it feels fitting that I’m listening to it on a cold gray day. Thanks for sharing.
I love it!! Probably because it feeds my socially avoidant spirit:) Great tune, I want to put it on repeat, but the website doesn’t work that way:(
Hey Steve, great song! I love it! You and Mike singing that song together just sounds like a perfect match!
Can you tell me when it will be available? Is Mike going to release a new album soon? I couldn’t find any information somewhere else on the web.
Hey Marcel… Not sure how you even found this site – which is just in the idea stage so far – but I’m glad you did, and I’m glad you like McClure’s tune. Certainly made me feel a little bit cooler getting to sing with The Mac. I think maybe Warm Inside will be on his next record/CD. He has it up on his myspace page and it’s getting a lot of plays. Thanks again. Check back with this blog site now and then as we get it fired up. Ripley
